Items can be returned without question if you aren't satisifed ( although they must be returned in perfect unused condition ) . To return goods please email us first with information about your situation before you send the goods back. ( See details below )
After placing an order you will be sent an email confirming your purchase. It will include all reference numbers you may need if you have any future enquiries. You can also cancel any order placed by ringing the above phone number ( please do so within 24 hrs, as it may be despatched after that time ) . If you wish to cancel your order email or phone us and your monies will be returned within 10 days.
Our policy is of complete customer satisfaction. We can only acheive this when you tell us when something is'nt right! Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms or policies.
All costs are including in the items price other than postage and packing which is a flat rate per order - i.e not each item. It is currently £2.99 to the UK , £3.99 to european countries and £4.99 outside europe.
All goods are despatched and delivered within 14 working days although the vast majority of orders are sent out within 2-3 days after receiving the order, so expect delivery in 4-5 days for UK orders. If any item is out of stock or delayed you will be notified by email. You do have the option within checkout to place a latest delivery date if time is of the essence.
All information provided by customers is keep confidential and not sold or given to ANY outside source. We do maintain customer emails for our own special offers on t-shirts but it is easy for customers to be removed from this list.
Payments online are made via Worldpay plc, a large and reputable card authorizing company. Orders are secure and guaranteed against fraud. Credit card details are not kept by Worldpay or ourselves and are only taken online using a secure and encrpyted site.
You can also order offline via phone, fax or mail.
